We provide breakfast, a mid-morning snack, and cooked nutritious lunch. Parents to provide an afternoon snack. (Sweets, crisps, and fizzy drinks are discouraged)
Breakfast – Oats , Maltabella or Mielie meal Porridge
Mid-morning snack – sandwich and or fruit and juice.
All lunch meals have been carefully planned, prepared with nutritious wholesome, and healthy ingredients for active on-the-go children. Food that helps young minds and bodies grow and flourish!
We include protein and vegetables in each meal.
